McCLUSKY, Walter A. Walter A. McClusky, 71, of Newington, died Monday (August 6, 2007) at his home. Born in Bronxville, NY, son of the late Richard and Dorothy (Bell) McClusky, he had recently moved to Newington. Mr. McClusky retired from Coates Field Service, Oklahoma City, OK after many years of employment. He loved gardening, golfing, and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the New York Giants. He leaves his two beloved sons, Matthew McClusky of Newington, and Patrick McClusky of Cinnaminson, NJ; his sister, Virginia Stearns and her husband Robert of Danbury; his dear friend and mother of his children Linda McClusky of East Greenbush, NY; and several nieces and nephews. Walter treasured the friendship of his buddies at the YMCA. He was predeceased by his brother Richard McClusky. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, August 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington, with the Rev.
