She was born in Danbury,Conn., on June 11, 1937 to Hubert and Mildred Bauer. She married David Wells on November 22,1958 in Danbury. She graduated from DHS in the class of 1955. She and her husband were co-owners of Factory Direct Blinds in Pine Arizona. They retired in 1999 and traveled together before settling in Homosassa in December 2000. She loved crafts including woodworking,furniture making and painting. She was an Espicopalian. She was preceded in death by her brother, Alois Bauer in 1990. Survivors include her husband,David Wells of Homosassa, daughter, Sharon Palisi and her husband Joseph of Deerfield N.H.; son David Wells and wife Christine of Gilbert,Arizona; brother, Arthur "Archie" Bauer of Crystal River, and six grandchildren, Amanda Palisi, Brock Palisi, Nicholas Palisi, Savannah Culp, Jena Wells and Lauren Wells |
