Donna Mae (Dale) Heron, 73, of Danbury, wife of the late Patrick J. Heron, Sr., passed away at Danbury Hospital, on Monday, March 7, 2011. Donna was born in Goldens Bridge, NY, daughter of the late Harry and Alice (Wright) Dale. She attended Danbury High School and has spent most of her life in Danbury. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. She is survived by her son Patrick J. Heron, II and wife Dorice, of Newtown and her daughter Patti Ann Heron-Sugg and husband John, of Davidson, NC, three sisters: Sally Shail and husband Donald, of Bridgewater, Kaye Ann Dibble and husband Floyd, of Rochester, NY and Judith Dale, of Brookfield, four beloved grandchildren: Nicolas Heron, Michael Heron, Christopher Vasquez and Gabrielle Sugg and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her son Timothy Heron. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Danbury, on Friday morning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
