Charles Hinkley, 66 of Deer Run, Bethel, died at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday December 30, 2003. He was born Danbury April 7, 1937, son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Linster) Hinkley. He was a graduate of Danbury High School in the class of 1955, and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He also worked as a draftsman for the Doran Brothers Company of Danbury. He is survived by a brother, Richard Hinkley, of Brookfield, and two grandchildren, Michael and Angela Hinkley, of Tucson, AZ. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffrey Hinkley. Cremation will be held at the direction of the family. There will be no calling hours. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
