Mrs. Caprio was born in Danbury, July 23, 1937, a daughter of Elsie Lincoln Ahlgrim, of Danbury and the late Albert Ahlgrim. A lifelong Danbury resident, she attended Danbury schools and was a 1955 graduate of Danbury High School. She worked as a receptionist and Special Police Officer with the Danbury Police Department for a number of years and more recently at A Country Touch Florist in Bethel. She was a former member of the Rebekah Lodge in Danbury. Besides her husband of 49 years and her mother, she is survived by a son, Theodore R. Caprio, Jr., and a daughter Judi L, Lynch, and her husband Bill of Woodbury; four grandchildren, Michela and Tara-Marie Lynch and Christopher and Steven Caprio. A prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. at the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division St. in Danbury.
